Hi Victor, please introduce yourself to our audience and tell us a bit about your industry experience.
Hi there! I come from the entertainment world, having produced, directed, wrote and acted for many years. I have appeared in movies with Eddie Murphy and Arnold Schwarzenegger and as a comedian on Conan Obrien. I am also a New Yorker Cartoonist. When the pandemic hit, one of the things I started doing was relying on my roots as a programmer. Thus began my foray into building.
What inspired you to create Magic Bookifier?
I had a podcast that I wanted to mine for information so I could make a book for my listeners. As I started to do the busy work of going through the material and taking notes, I realized that there might be a way to have AI help me get to the first draft faster so that I could then work on the editing, which is the more fun part. So I started experimenting, and in a few weeks, we had the first version of the Magic Bookifier.
How does Magic Bookifier simplify the writing process for users?
Magic Bookifier helps you skip over trudging through your work to get to a first draft. There are different builds on the site that work in different ways.
The Writing Coach, for instance, will interview you until you get to a first draft. The e-book creator and long-form writer allow you to just dump any text or transcript or old writing into the Bookifier, and then it will go through the material and spit out a first draft for you.
What sets Magic Bookifier apart from other book-creation tools on the market?
As far as I have researched, we are the only tool that can give you up to 20k words written coherently in one click.
What role does AI play in the functionality of Magic Bookifier?
The AI used in Magic Bookifier is trained to do writing tasks similar to that of a human. It takes notes, reorganizes data, and formulates outlines just like we would, but faster. Then, when a first draft is ready, it’s time for you to take over.
What types of books or writing projects is Magic Bookifier best suited for?
Right now, the Magic Bookifier is best for any kind of non-fiction. We will be releasing fiction builds soon, however.
How do you envision the e-book market evolving over the next few years?
I’m not an authority on the e-book market as a whole, but I think AI writing will be monitored and regulated. I think that using a tool like the Magic Bookifier that helps with writing and is not meant to replace human creativity will continue to grow in demand.

I am a writer through and through. I keep up with writing and how to write but I am not an authority on the book industry.
