Meet Ahmed

I’m Ahmed Oubadi the founder of ElevateSells. I’ve spent the past few years building automation systems, AI tools, and growth engines focused on one thing: helping businesses generate leads and turn them into real revenue. My experience comes from working closely with startups, agencies, and solo founders who all face the same challenge – getting consistent, high-quality clients.


What inspired you to build ElevateSells?

I noticed a pattern: outreach was either too manual and time-consuming, or fully automated but ineffective. Businesses were stuck between slow growth and spammy tactics. ElevateSells came from the idea that outreach should be both scalable and personal, without forcing users to choose between the two.

What makes ElevateSells different from traditional outreach tools?

Clarity and results. Most tools focus on sending more messages, ElevateSells focuses on getting more replies and conversions.

We combine AI personalization, automation, and multi-channel outreach in one system, so users don’t have to juggle multiple tools. And like any product built close to its users, we evolve based on real feedback, not assumptions.

Why was it important to “keep the human touch” in AI-driven outreach?

Because outreach is still human at its core. People can instantly tell when a message feels automated. If you lose authenticity, you lose trust. and without trust, there’s no conversion. The goal with ElevateSells is to make AI invisible, so every interaction still feels real and intentional.

Can you walk us through how ElevateSells works end-to-end?

It starts with defining your target audience. From there, ElevateSells helps you generate personalized messages tailored to each lead.

Then it automates outreach across channels, manages follow-ups, and tracks engagement. Over time, the system learns what works best and refines messaging to improve response and conversion rates, so the entire process becomes smarter as you use it.

How do you avoid generic or spammy outreach?

We don’t rely on static templates. Instead, we use dynamic personalization. leveraging context, data, and AI to adapt each message.

The idea is simple: every message should feel like it was written for one person, not sent to a thousand.

What’s the biggest misconception about AI in sales outreach?

That it replaces the human side of sales. In reality, it should remove the repetitive work, not the relationship-building.

AI handles scale and optimization, but the real value still comes from understanding people and solving their problems.

What advice do you give businesses for turning leads into paying customers?

Don’t just chase leads, build conversations.

Most businesses focus too much on the first message and ignore the follow-up and nurturing process. Consistency, clarity, and timing matter more than volume. If you focus on solving real problems and staying present, conversions follow.

What trends are shaping the future of SaaS sales tools?

We’re seeing a shift toward smarter, more integrated systems.

AI-driven personalization, multi-channel outreach, and automation are becoming standard. At the same time, users want simplicity. tools that deliver results without adding complexity. The future is about fewer tools, better outcomes.
