What inspired you to create 4CRMs?
Decision of creating 4CRMs came from user experience in HubSpot. We saw and experienced how companies waste their time and money due to limitations in HubSpot. The idea was to cover blind spots without complicated integrations.
How does 4CRMs enhance the HubSpot experience for businesses?
We don’t replace HubSpot, we enhance it, our company creates apps that solves very specific problems like duplication deals, tickets, adding line items in the workflow directly, copying line items form one deal to another. As a result businesses can make manual processes more efficient and save a ton of time.

Duplicating deals, tickets, companies, contacts and custom objects manually
Create and use pre-configured templates to duplicate
Create and use Auto rules, preset conditions if- then or if-and- then.

LineNer, app that helps to deal with line items inside workflow:

Create and use pre-configured templates
Use decimal numbers for unit price and quantity in line items

Copy line items between deals tell by itself, with that you simple open the deals and can:
Copy line item from one deal to another
Copy line items to multiple deals with few clicks

Always talk with real users and listen to their problems, don’t try to build another copy of something, create something unique that will help.
What are the biggest limitations in HubSpot that 4CRMs helps overcome?
HubSpot lacks simple cloning of deals, copying line items from deal to deal, processes with line items inside HubSpot Workflows and we fill these gaps, work instantly and don’t require coding from users.
