Sagar Patel POSIMYTH Innovations Interview

Meet Sagar

I’m Sagar, the founder of POSIMYTH Innovations, and I’ve been working with WordPress since 2013. My journey started as a freelance web developer before I launched my own agency. Over the years, I transitioned into product development, focusing on WordPress themes, plugins, and SaaS solutions. Today, my team and I power over 500,000 WordPress websites with tools designed to simplify web creation, for everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned professionals.

What inspired you to create Nexter and The Plus Addons for Elementor?

From my earliest days working with WordPress, I recognized both its enormous potential and its challenges for non-technical users. My goal with The Plus Addons for Elementor was to enhance the growing Elementor ecosystem by adding valuable features on top of Elementor’s free and Pro plugins, empowering users to design advanced layouts without struggling with technical complexities.

On the other hand, Nexter was built to strengthen the Gutenberg (block editor) ecosystem, helping creators achieve more modern and visually captivating layouts while keeping speed and performance at the forefront. Whether you’re a freelancer, agency, or complete beginner, I wanted to ensure you could leverage WordPress to its fullest without compromising on either design freedom or site efficiency.

In addition to Nexter and The Plus Addons for Elementor, you also have UiChemy and WDesignKit. Can you give us an overview of what these products do?

UiChemy is a Figma-to-WordPress toolkit that helps designers seamlessly convert their Figma designs into dynamic WordPress sites. It supports Elementor, Bricks, and Gutenberg, with more integrations planned. Additionally, UiChemy works with both auto-layout and non-auto-layout designs, ensuring flexibility for all types of design structures.

WDesignKit is an all-in-one platform designed to streamline web development with a powerful widget builder, a library of ready-to-use widgets, and a cloud-based workspace. It also offers over 1000 pre-built website templates and Figma design files, making it an essential toolkit for developers and designers to collaborate efficiently and accelerate project timelines.

How does Nexter differentiate itself from other WordPress themes and builders?

Nexter stands out because it’s not just a theme—it’s an entire Nexter Suite designed with performance, flexibility, and ease of use in mind. First, there’s the Nexter Theme, which is a lightweight “skeleton” theme featuring a powerful theme builder and only the essential options you truly need. Next, Nexter Blocks provides a comprehensive set of Gutenberg blocks, from basic to highly advanced, enabling you to build modern layouts without sacrificing speed. Finally, Nexter Extension consolidates the functionality of multiple small plugins into one lightweight package, helping you keep your site lean.

What really sets Nexter apart is that it’s written entirely in vanilla JavaScript, no jQuery so you get top-notch performance without compromising on customizability. The suite significantly reduces the need for multiple plugins, making for a more streamlined workflow while still catering to both newcomers and WordPress power users.

How does The Plus Addons for Elementor enhance the Elementor experience?

The Plus Addons for Elementor provides a wide range of widgets and features that aren’t included in the core Elementor package. From intricate design elements to advanced functionality, it helps users create highly custom layouts without touching a line of code. We’re constantly adding new features based on community feedback, ensuring the plugin evolves alongside Elementor and addresses real-world design and usability challenges.

What are the biggest trends shaping the WordPress and SaaS industry today?

I see two major forces right now:

1. No-Code/Low-Code Solutions – Users want to build professional-grade websites and apps without heavy coding. This demand drives innovation in visual builders and interactive design tools.

2. Cloud & AI Integration – Many SaaS platforms, including WordPress plugins, are moving toward cloud-based collaboration and AI-assisted features. Speed, automation, and real-time collaboration are becoming industry standards.

What role does AI or automation play in your SaaS products?

AI and automation help us reduce repetitive tasks and enhance user workflows. For example, we use AI-driven components in our design tools, making it easier to generate layouts or suggest improvements. Automation also plays a role in scaling our support systems, security monitoring, and performance optimization, ensuring users spend less time on maintenance and more time on creation.

How do you ensure your plugins are beginner-friendly yet powerful for experts?

We start by designing for simplicity intuitive interfaces, detailed documentation, and guided setup processes. Then, we add advanced features and customization options for developers and power users. Essentially, we layer the complexity: beginners can accomplish a lot out of the box, and experts can dive deeper to unlock more sophisticated capabilities if they wish.

What advice do you have for entrepreneurs looking to enter the SaaS or WordPress plugin industry?

Focus on solving real problems, not just building cool features. Truly listen to your community and iterate quickly based on their feedback. Also, don’t overlook user experience—clear documentation, helpful onboarding, and responsive support are essential. Finally, remember that financial returns are often the byproduct of consistently delivering value and building trust.

Did you enjoy our interview? Do you have anything to say to our community?

Absolutely, it was a pleasure sharing insights and connecting with fellow WordPress enthusiasts. I’d encourage anyone exploring this space to stay curious, stay collaborative, and prioritize genuine value for users. The community thrives when we support one another, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any feedback or ideas!
