Meet Theo
Hi, I’m one of the co-founders of Lyter.
Together with my co-founder, we launched Lyter based on a simple observation: publishing consistently on LinkedIn has become essential, but it’s still time-consuming and hard to keep up with.
We both come from backgrounds where tech and marketing intersect, and we share the same drive building smart tools that make professionals’ lives easier.
That’s what led us to create a solution that automates content creation while staying true to each user’s voice and goals.
What sparked the idea behind Lyter?
The idea for Lyter came directly from our own experience. When we launched our first company, we knew we had to build a presence on LinkedIn, but creating content consistently was incredibly time-consuming.
We found ourselves spending hours every week trying to come up with ideas, write posts, and stay visible. That’s when we decided to build a tool, initially just for ourselves, to make the process faster and easier.
Very quickly, we realized that many other professionals faced the same challenge. From there, Lyter was born, with the goal of helping anyone create high-quality, consistent content without spending hours on it.
What kind of scheduling flexibility and customization does the platform offer?
Lyter offers extensive scheduling flexibility and customization, allowing users to tailor content plans to fit their specific needs. Our platform adapts to different scheduling formats, making it easy to plan and adjust content releases.
How does Lyter generate a month’s worth of content in just 30 minutes?
We leverage sophisticated AI algorithms to analyze user inputs and generate a large volume of content quickly. By automating research and drafting stages, our platform delivers ready-to-use content in mere minutes without sacrificing quality.
How do you ensure the posts are not generic and feel truly unique to the user?
Our AI models are trained to incorporate user-specific data and preferences, ensuring that each piece of content reflects the individual style and voice of the user. Personalization is a key focus, making content unique and tailored.
What common content mistakes do you see people making on LinkedIn?
On LinkedIn, many people fail to engage their audience by not tailoring content to their target readers. Additionally, inconsistent posting and lack of authenticity can diminish the impact of their personal brand.
What has been the biggest challenge scaling Lyter as a SaaS product?
The major challenge has been building a simple and intuitive product on top of complex AI logic.
We wanted Lyter to feel effortless for the user, even though what happens behind the scenes, content planning, generation, personalization is technically demanding.
Keeping that simplicity while scaling new features was a continuous effort.
What advice would you give to aspiring SaaS founders entering the industry?
Start with a real problem you deeply understand. Avoid overbuilding a product before you’ve found your market. And most importantly: talk to your users constantly.
You can have the best tech in the world, but if no one uses it or understands its value, it’s useless.
Build simple, test fast, and iterate relentlessly.
How important is consistency on LinkedIn for personal branding today?
Consistency on LinkedIn is vital for building a strong personal brand. Regular, quality posts help maintain visibility and engagement, establishing credibility and a professional presence in your network.
Did you enjoy our interview? Do you have anything to say to our community?
Absolutely, I enjoyed the interview! To your community, I’d like to say thank you for your support. We’re committed to helping you elevate your content strategies and are excited about what we can achieve together in the future.
