How difficult is it to set up SMS reminders?
Setting up SMS reminders is straightforward. After creating a Twilio account, you can connect it with Lapsula under “Settings” > “Plugins & Integrations.” Then, simply enable SMS reminders in the “Notifications & Reminders” area. Twilio will charge you for each SMS message.
Can I attach a unique form to new patient bookings only?
Yes, to attach forms specifically for new patients, consider creating a dedicated service with a unique form for this purpose. This approach enables you to customize the booking process for different client types.
Can I embed Lapsula into my website?
While a direct embed feature was not initially available, Lapsula is soon releasing a website embed option as well as a WordPress plugin. In the interim, a redirection from a custom subdomain to the Lapsula booking page is possible.
Does Lapsula support recurring payments?
Lapsula is actively working on incorporating a recurring bookings feature, and the system for recurring payments is being finalized. ACH payments, supported by Stripe, should be able to be enabled. Payments are set up directly in Lapsula, some settings are managed within Stripe dashboard.
