First, thank you so much for checking out this video. This video will be taking a look into a tool for email validation, and verification is called verifybee.

We will be looking into why you need it, what its main features and our actual you can use this tool.

Before we get started, let me explain what it is and why you need it.

Verifiybee email validation and verification tool to make sure that all the emails you currently process to use it for an email marketing campaign is valid and it does not contain any wrong addresses

Why you need to because email marketing is a system we are you need to consistently be sending emails to so many emails, which you are not familiarized with wherever you don’t want to the one-to-one relationship, we usually call this email as called “cold emailing.”

What happens is if you have 1000 email address to send a message, if we directly try to send messages to all those thousand email addresses through your email marketing software, or to your email account, out of those thousand if it contains more than 100 or 200 records to be or invalid email, it will immediately send a bad reputation towards the email account or your email server.

What happens is when that happens, it can reduce your deliverability, and it also increases the spam score for your emails.

It will reduce the reputation for yourself which means reduce the email deliverability to the inbox sometimes it will land directly into spam or generally will reduce the reputation of this, which you don’t want if you’re planning to do email marketing for a long time through your domain or your email marketing software that is the reason these kind tools of to exist on the market.

What they will do is before you use any email list for your purposes, all you need to do is you need to upload to them, and they will let you know where the emails are valid, what does not work, all this information is provided. You can use only the valid emails to your marketing campaigns.

What it does in a brief overview is checks MX records, checks for catch-all addresses, duplicates, spam traps, domain validity, and more functions to make sure these emails valid.

They have both free version to try it out there is a pro version too.

Those are the necessary information essential stuff I wanted to give to you guys before we get started now let’s see how this dashboard looks like and how you can use the system.

It is the system dashboard; you don’t have so many options in your dashboard basically if you have a single address to verify immediately to take the website correct one or not.

For example, let me type one of my emails.

If you have a single one to check it directly, it will second let you know whether it’s valid so if we if you are even not doing a mass checking then check validity one address at a time.

This label will show you the available credit on your account, and if you are running out you can recharge it from here

Let’s see go into the verification page, which is the main page first.

You can either upload that list from your computer in a CSV format.

They also have integration directly to the MailChimp, Aweber, MooSend, MailShake, Lemlist, Platform.ly, Keap & Mautic.

To check the system, I have inserted around 50 emails to check whether it’s correct or not.

Once you’re done, all you need to do is click on the Next button. Now it will start the working process you can see it’s unprocessed and it will show you the details once it’s done.

Now you can see it shows “unprocessed” and shows how many records in there, whether it was uploaded and CSV or manual text.

You can also delete this list and can rename the list.

When you are ready, all you need to do is click on Start verifying, and it will actually show you the percentage of progress and how long will it take.

This is the processing screen that will look like it will show you the percentage it has been done, and it shows the processing here.

Okay, now I will pause this video, and I will resume it once it’s done.

So you can see, based out of 49 emails, I have checked only 26 are correct, so you can see it’s almost like 50 percentage is invalid. You can see once it’s done, it shows the total deliverable, and without just that, it also shows you that some extra helpful information.

If you want to view all the emails in the browser, it will show you all the valid emails without even exporting into a file so you can check it out.
