Meet Ashika

My name is Ashika Devi. I have over a decade of experience in marketing and growth, working across both established brands and early-stage startups. My career began with roles at companies like Indus League, Pearson, and Titan Industries, where I gained deep insights into brand building, consumer behavior, and large-scale marketing strategies.

Later, I transitioned to the startup ecosystem, working with companies like myPaisaa, GoldenPi, and GoodWorks CoWork, where I focused on scaling businesses from the ground up, driving user acquisition, and creating sustainable growth models. What inspired you to create Reconstruct?

Having worked in high-pressure environments across startups and established brands, I’ve personally experienced the toll that constant decision-making, deadlines, and uncertainty can take on mental well-being. Like many of my peers—founders, professionals, and creatives—I found myself caught in a cycle of pushing forward while struggling with stress, burnout, and decision fatigue.

What stood out to me was that while we all recognized the problem, there weren’t many engaging, practical solutions to help us manage it effectively. Mental wellness often felt like another task to squeeze into an already packed schedule.

That’s what led me to create Reconstruct—a digital space where mental clarity, productivity, and emotional resilience come together through interactive self-help tools. I wanted to build something that helps people perform at their best without feeling like mental wellness is just another task on their to-do list.

What makes Reconstruct different from other digital wellness platforms?

Unlike traditional wellness platforms that often act as a remedy after stress and burnout have taken hold, Reconstruct is designed as a preventive and resilience-building tool.
