Meet Refat

Hi, thank you for having me. My name is MD. Refat Hossen and I’m the Founder of Alpha Sender, a cutting-edge email marketing software company. I’ve been in the SaaS industry for over 4 years, working with various digital marketing tools and technologies, also I have founded Xinva (xinva.ai). My experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face in reaching their audience effectively, which ultimately led to the creation of Alpha Sender.


What inspired the creation of Alpha Sender?

I was also a user of email marketing software called Zoho Campaign, I used their service for a long time to operate another business. I feel the cost of the marketing is very expensive and most of the small business owners or startups aren’t able to afford it. I checked the demand in the market and then decided to create Alpha Sender for small business owners and startups without hefty expense. 

How does Alpha Sender differentiate itself from other email marketing tools in the market?

Basically, everything you can do from all those email marketing tools but there is something important like warming up your domain for better delivery. We have a built-in feature that allows users to set up their warmup settings so it works perfectly and mailbox providers do not block your sending activity. We provide a dedicated support manager to set up any complex thing or help. This is how we are different from others.

How do you ensure the power and effectiveness of Alpha Sender’s email marketing campaigns?

We keep our eyes on all of our sending servers to maintain a positive reputation so that our users can get 100% inbox delivery of their campaign. Also, we block those who try to manipulate our reputation by sending bulk or not opt-in emails. There are a few confidential ways that we apply to maintain the power of inbox delivery.

How does Alpha Sender handle email deliverability and ensure emails don’t end up in spam?

Yes, as I said earlier we have a few confidential processes that we apply to maintain our sending reputation to reach inboxes. As for this part, we block a lot of customers every month who try to manipulate our sending reputation.

How do you support customization and personalization in email campaigns?

First of all, we have a drag-and-drop email builder, so users can customize email templates as per their needs, and it’s very user-friendly. We have default tags and also users can add their tags to the subscriber’s list and they can use any personalization according to those tags. 

As per my analysis, the trend of email marketing space is highly growing within the SaaS industry. 

How do you see AI and machine learning influencing the future of email marketing?

Obviously the world is transferring everything to AI and email marketing also has future influence. I think in the future AI will determine the subscriber activity, persona, and other related things whether the subscribers should receive the email or not, when it should be received, and so on. The opportunity is infinite. Alpha Sender is also working on machine learning for a better user experience. 

What advice would you give to someone looking to start their own SaaS company?

Before creating a SaaS company make sure you are fit with this industry, gathering knowledge is most important before creating a SaaS company. Also, you need to make sure you have a proper investment plan otherwise you can get stuck in the middle and the company can fail.
