How can I update events and add to the notice board for clients?
The notice board is for internal purposes; for clients you can use Project Module’s Milestone section to communicate essential information or renewal dates to clients, providing transparency.
Can we create and manage multiple branches within one account?
Yes, you can create and manage all of your branches within a single account using the Organizational Chart feature, which will help you manage each branch separately and efficiently. This will ensure organized operations.
Can users from one branch see the tasks of another branch?
No, with our task visibility control, you can specify who can view tasks. Branch 1 employees only see branch 1 tasks, and so on. This guarantees confidentiality and relevant task visibility across various teams.
Can I create a quick task without adding start and due dates?
Tasks need a start and due date for tracking purposes. However, for short notes you can use the Sticky Note feature located near your profile for capturing quick reminders without adding specific dates.
Can I use this for a cooking equipment business with sales and rentals?
Although FlowyTeam does not have specialized features for cooking equipment, you may conduct a free trial to assess whether you can utilize features like lead tracking and basic stock management to match your specific needs.
Can I activate multiple codes on the same account?
Currently, only one code is activated per account. You may want to consider using the other codes for other separate accounts if needed, based on your business needs and structure.
Are employees tracked within the user limit or are they considered clients?
Employees with access to features like KPIs and OKRs are included in the user limit, while clients have access only to Project Module for project management and it doesn’t count towards the limit.
How can I add more users if I exceed my limit?
To add more employees after the limit you’ll need to enter the billing info within settings and then you can invite more members through the Employee module, this will adjust the price automatically for the additional employees.
Is there any integration with Pabbly Connect?
Currently, we do have Zapier integration and will consider Pabbly Connect in the future. We’re continuously looking into integration options for our system to ensure compatibility and ease.
Is there a white label or custom domain option?
We’re currently working on enabling custom CNAME options, this will enable sending emails as if they’re coming from your own domain instead of FlowyTeam. This feature is on our roadmap and will be implemented soon.
Can you stack AppSumo codes?
No, you can not stack AppSumo codes to have more users on a single account instead you can use them for separate accounts, and easily switch between them.
Does FlowyTeam has API and webhooks?
Currently, there isn’t an integration with n8n or direct API access outside of Zapier but you can find our API documentation at https://flowyteam.tawk.help/search?q=api%20intergration.
Is it possible to add all the employee details to the system without giving each user separate logins?
No, every employee with access to features such as tracking KPIs, OKRs, etc counts towards the 10-user limit however you can add the employees without giving login details for them if you do not want to give them access to the full functionality of the system.
Does FlowyTeam has a mobile app?
No, at the moment there is not mobile app, but the system offers chat option with other team members and integrations via Zapier for further customizations.
Are there any plans to add more integration platforms like Pabbly Connect?
Currently, we offer Zapier integrations, and we are exploring more options, but we do not offer Pabbly Connect integration at the moment.
Can you invoice clients and receive payments via processors like Stripe or PayPal?
Unfortunately not at the moment, but it is on our road map and may be available in the future.
Is the software ready for production environment?
The software is constantly being updated and bugs are being fixed, our team is aware of some small issues but is resolving them as soon as possible.
Can you have multiple team OKRs on one screen?
No at the moment you can only view one team’s OKRs on one page, but our team is always looking for improvements based on feedback from our clients and may be implemented in future versions of the software.
