Konstantly FAQ
How does Konstantly compare to Moodle for a non-profit focusing on medical support?
Konstantly is designed for rapid, scalable, and user-friendly training, unlike Moodle’s complexity. For an 80-person nonprofit focused on medical support, Konstantly provides ease of use with its drag-and-drop interface, faster implementation with built-in templates, and automation features that are ideal for medical training. It also eliminates maintenance hassles and is designed for effective team collaboration.
Is it possible to download SCORM files for use in another LMS?
You can enrich your courses with videos, quizzes, and interactive elements. While Konstantly does not have a video editor, you can add videos to your courses by uploading them directly or embedding from sources like YouTube and Vimeo. Currently, importing SCORM modules (1.2 and 2004) into Konstantly is supported, but exporting SCORM 1.2 files is not supported.
Are courses embeddable, and do emails come from my own SMTP server?
Courses must be accessed within Konstantly and are not embeddable. Emails are sent from our mailbox. While creating courses from AI isn’t fully implemented yet, Konstantly’s roadmap includes AI-generated images to enrich content and an AI editor to help with typo checking and text creation.
What do “users” refer to in the context of the different tiers?
The term “users” refers to the students or learners who can access the courses based on their assigned tier. It includes all invited members, such as learners, managers, and instructional designers. Role management allows you to assign permissions, activate/deactivate users, and replace them within the available seats. Course limitations apply only to Tier 1, which is 15 courses. Tiers 2, 3, and 4 allow unlimited courses.
Conclusion
Konstantly emerges as an ideal solution for entities seeking a streamlined, user-friendly LMS to expedite course formation and bolster team education. Its drag-and-drop interface, multimedia capabilities, and management functionalities render it apt for organizations emphasizing efficient and effective training programs. Though lacking features like integrated payment options, the platform is continuously evolving with regular enhancements and is praised for its responsive support team. This lifetime deal is particularly well-suited for businesses focused on internal training and employee onboarding. However, those seeking a platform geared towards course creators with external payment capabilities might find it less suitable at present.
