How Symplii Works?
- First, you send customers to contact or SMS with a unique link to a simple website landing page requesting an assessment.
- Your customer is greeted with a message and a star rating choice.
- Customer selects a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5-star rating.
- An array of 1-3 stars, funnels the client right through to an exclusive feedback form where they can complain about your service (only you can see this), but an array of 4-5 stars funnels the customer through to Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, TrustPilot, and a choice of 20+ other sources where they can leave you a public review.
